Fulfillable Menu Items

Given a short_id from the Tables endpoint, this endpoint returns a list of menu_item_ids ( The Menu Item Object) that are currently available to be ordered. Reasons a menu item would not be fulfillable would include menus being turned off by restaurant owners, prep stations being not available to receive orders, and on the fly in/out of stock settings by restaurant owners. This list can be combined with the data retrieved from the Menus endpoint to build a menu of items that are currently in-stock and available to the patron.
